Madhavi S. Mahadevan is a writer, editor, translator and book critic. She has published two books and over a 100 short stories for children, as well as two collections of short stories for adults: Paltan Tales and Doppelganger.  She writes on food and travel for newspapers and magazines, and has also conducted workshops on writing. Her blog at www.madhavimahadevan.com is dedicated to the idea of connecting the short story, and its writers from across the country, to a worldwide audience. Bangalore is her home.
