Chandan Roy is a gold medallist in MFA from the University of Hyderabad (2014), and received a merit scholarship during his graduation at Visva Bharati. He participated in several group shows including the Relief Art gallery, Hyderabad (2020), Art Houz gallery, Chennai (2019), and Salar Jung Museum, Hyderabad (2014). He did art performance at the International Performance Art festival at “Cobir Hat Performance Art festival”, Dhaka, Bangladesh (2014), and “Celebrating Greek Sculptural Nudity”, an interactive Performing Art by Sarada Natarajan at the SN School of Fine Arts, University of Hyderabad (2013). He participated in the residency programme at Kala-Gramam, Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (2014).
