Nayantara Nanda Kumar is a dance activist who has performed at fundraisers for diverse causes in diverse places. For Nonviolent Peace Force (Santa Cruz), Asha for Education (Berkeley), Medical College in Tibet (Richmond), Chaparral House for the Aged (Berkeley), Tamil Refugee (South Bay), Society to Save Rocks, the Vegan Festival, and for Prajwala and the US Consulate against human trafficking. After fourteen years of experience in environmental engineering in the US, she founded Our Sacred Space, Secunderabad in 2012 to lend support to individuals and communities in sustainable practices in diverse fields, nurturing creative expression wellness, and environmental consciousness.
