Reema Gupta was the Head of the Centre for Learning and Management Practice at the Indian School of Business. During her 10-year tenure at ISB, she was instrumental in launching many innovative programmes like the CIO Academy, Executive Eminence, Certificate in Business Analytics, and A Life of Happiness and Fulfilment. Before joining ISB, she was Senior Director at EMC Corporation, Massachusetts. She has over 13 years of experience working in the IT-related field and was recognized as one of the “Top 10 women to watch” in Massachusetts for her work in Science and Technology.
