At HLF 2024, Odia is the ‘Indian Language in Focus’ and Norway the ‘Country in Focus’. Odia and Norwegian literature, culture, and art will be showcased by award-winning writers and artists through talks, panel discussions, screenings, lecture demonstrations, performances, and installations. HLF is a Festival for All. Its programme includes conversations, panel discussions, readings, workshops, exhibitions, cultural programmes, film screenings, and events for college students and school children.
